Steve Aoki Set To Release World’s First Album For Deaf People

Following on from his set at Tommorowland last weekend, which nobody wanted to hear, world renowned shitehawk, Steve Aoki, is set to release the world’s very first album made exclusively for deaf people.

The Dim Mak label head claims to have been “working extensively” on the album for the last “couple of weeks” and believes it will be ready for release “this time next month”.

“I want my music to be for everyone,” claimed Aoki during a chat with Wunderground earlier today. “Not just children and people with learning disabilities, so I thought to myself ‘what’s the hardest audience to break?’ and came up with the idea of making music that’s just for deaf people.”

“I know that deaf people can already enjoy music through vibrations but they’re experiencing music that is made for people who can hear, just in a different way,” explained Aoki in a manor that made him seem a lot less stupid than he looks. “But I wanted to make them something different, something that people who can hear can’t experience the same as them, a music that is just for deaf people.”

“So the whole album is just noise, that is unnoticeable to the human ear, that creates a unique range of vibrations that only deaf people will be able to pick up on,” continued dance music’s answer to Forest Gump. “It sounds great, although I haven’t actually heard it, but I’ve been told by people who I pay to tell me exactly what I want to hear.”

According to music critic Arthur Dickson, Aoki’s latest album is his finest work to date.

“What’s not to like? A Steve Aoki album that you can’t hear, it doesn’t get any better than that, this is his masterpiece.”

Sources within Dim Mak have also confirmed that the “first one hundred limited edition albums” will be accompanied by “a Steve Aoki fart in a jar” which will treat the lucky owners to a “full on senses extravaganza” and give deaf people a true reflection of Aoki’s work.
