Jack Ü Teases Music’s most inside the box thinking duo, Jack Ü, have teased the possibility that they may be about to record a collaboration with the popular children’s TV characters Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Rumours about the collaboration have been spreading like wildfire throughout the music industry after Jack Ü member, Diplo, posted a number of Tweets highlighting his love for squeaky voiced treo yesterday morning.
In one of his Tweets Diplo even went as far as to say, “I fucking love Alvin and the Chipmunks. I’ll see you guys real soon,” sparking the social media sight into overdrive with posts about the possible collaboration.
“I would say a collaboration between Jack Ü and Alvin and the Chipmunks is one hundred percent definitely going to happen,” claimed user Reach4DAlazerz. “And what a collaboration it would be. You’ve got to hand it to Skrillex and Diplo, those guys are constantly pushing EDM forwards.”
While another Twitter user, MissEDM, commented, “Whoa! Such big news. I’m really excited to hear what Jack Ü and Alvin and co. will sound like. This could be the biggest hit of the year.”
According to our Hollywood sources, Justin Bieber has been in a “state of tantrum” since hearing the news.
“Justin has totally lost his shit since he heard about Jack Ü working with Alvin and the Chipmunks,” claimed a member of the Canadian singer’s staff. “He thinks that he should be the only high pitched voice children’s puppet that the guys work with. He’s really angry.”
“He’s in his room rolling around the floor and screaming and we speak,” continued the anonymous source. “We have to have him under constant supervision incase he hurts himself. He’s a big Alvin and the Chipmunks fan too so it’s kind of a double blow for him.”
