Peru-Two Seen Hitchhiking Towards Ibiza With A Large Suitcase Full Of Crisps

An eyewitness has reported seeing the Peru-two hitchhiking towards Ibiza with a large suitcase full of crisps.

Michaela McCollum-Connolly of Northern Ireland and Melissa Reid of Scotland were arrested at Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, Peru, back in 2013, having been caught attempting to smuggle drugs out of the country. However in recent weeks both girls have been let out on parole and according to sources, are “eager as hell” to do a season in Ibiza this summer.

“My husband and I were driving along the coast of Morocco when we decided we needed to stop for some food” said eyewitness Claire Strong, from New York, USA. “In the distance I noticed a huge donut so assumed we were approaching a Krispy Kreme or Dunkin Donuts which would give us the perfect opportunity to grab something to eat. It wasn’t until we got closer that I realised it was the hair-do of one of the Peru-two, Michaela.

“Both girls were holding up signs; one saying “San Antonio, Ibiza” and the other saying “We will exchange crisps for transport” so we pulled over to have a chat. They claimed to have learnt their lesson and said they needed to get to Ibiza in time for the Space Opening Fiesta as the line-up would be sick. Although they offered to provide crisps for the journey, my husband was worried the crisp packets might be full of cocaine, so we passed on the chance to give them a lift.”

Wunderground managed to catch up with the Peru-two having received word of their whereabouts “Nobody trusts us anymore and it is incredibly demoralising” said Michaela. “We had no idea what was in the suitcase when we got arrested; yet this time I can tell you, hand on heart, that it is just lots and lots of crisps. I have over two thousand packets consisting of Walkers cheese and onion, Monster Munch, Wotsits, Doritos, Quavers and Hula Hoops – yet nobody is interested in an exchange. All we want to do is get to Ibiza to see our friends and deliver these crisps to a guy called Pablo, who is apparently so hungry for crisps he will pay us over a million Euros for them.”
