An interior designer commissioned with the task of changing the inside of Space, Ibiza, to suit a new EDM crowd ahead of next summer, has hit a hurdle on his first day by finding a raver hiding in the toilets, refusing the accept “it’s over” for the famous night club.
Described as “completely insane”, it has been confirmed that thirty three year old techno lover, Edward Cullen, had been hidden within the club for over three weeks, surviving from the closing fiesta, with no access to food or water; yet had somehow stayed alive purely on the adrenaline and belief that the party is “still going on”.
“I walked into the toilets and he literally scared the shit out of me,” confirmed Antonio Lambretti, the Italian designer overseeing the interior job. “He asked me if I was having a good night. He then asked me what I’ve been on and if I was looking forward to Carl Cox’s set. I called the police who arrived to the site of this guy in the middle of the dance floor, arms raised in the air, absolutely loving life.”
Wunderground managed to catch up with Edward, following his eviction from Space by the Spanish police, “I can’t believe I got kicked out, I’m so gutted,” he revealed. “Everyone was getting on it, I can’t believe they were so harsh with just me. I think I’m going to go back round to the main entrance and pay to get in again. Hopefully nobody will recognise me and I can carry on having the time of my life at this banging closing fiesta. I’ve still got Sasha, Tale of Us and Coxy to see yet, so for me, the party has only just begun.”
