A DJ who played a non dance music track at a house party in northern England has been declared a hippy and impolitely asked to leave.
The DJ, who was only playing at the party on a friend of a friend’s recommendation, was booted to the kerb after dropping Limp Bizkit’s Rollin during a set that was merely minutes old.
House owner Mickey Williams explained his decision to remove the DJ, “What the fuck was that all about? I thought he was a rave DJ, we only let him play three tunes, the first couple we’re kinda semi-alright, a bit dubstep-y but at least they had a half decent beat.”
“Then he goes and drops fucking Limp Bizkit,” continued Mr. Williams. “Now, I’m no expert on genres or anything like that but playing Limp Bizkit makes you a fucking hippy and I’ve not got any time for hippies DJing at my house party. No thank you!”
“He had to go, I walked straight up to the mixer, turned the master all the way down and told him to ‘get the fuck out’, he’s lucky I didn’t hit him, disrespecting my house like that,” barked Mr. Williams. “I mean Limp fucking Bizkit, he could of at least played an electro band but that was just unforgivable, who knows what he would have played next? Probably Gareth Brooks or something like that.”
“We’ve had to just listen YouTube playlists and Floor Fillers albums after that,” continued the angry house owner. “And you can never be sure with them, sometimes there’s a hip hop track or even another hippy number so you never know when you’re going to have to turn them off. It’s hard to find decent rave music these days.”
According to witnesses, the party escalated to violence after a guest tried to take control of the music by turning off a Hard House Nation CD and replacing it with a Dixon Boiler Room.
