A teenager in Hartford, Connecticiut, who has recently started to buy drugs has revealed that he gets more of a rush from buying them then he gets from actually taking them.
Sixteen year Jordan Carthy admitted to buying cocaine “a couple of times” but claimed that the “exhilarating rush” he felt when buying the drugs at a local drug hotspot far outweighed the effects he felt after taking the drugs.
Wunderground spoke to the high school student earlier today, “At first I was a little nervous, I had to go to a pretty bad neighbourhood to pick the drugs up and I’d never been in there before. It felt a bit like I was in an episode of The Wire, I was half expecting Omar to jump out from behind a car and put a cap in my ass.”
“The mix of danger and knowing I was doing something that I shouldn’t be doing gave me such a rush,” continued Carthy. “As soon as I had the drugs in my hand I was buzzing. I turned around and just sprinted the whole way home, it was so exciting plus everyone in school thinks I’m some kind of dangerous legend, I’m almost certain Lacie Scott’s going to let me finger her now, if I give her some coke she might even jerk me off.”
According to street dealer Nick “The Blade” Robinson, it was no wonder Mr.Carthy got more of a rush from buying the drugs as he did from taking them because there was very little drugs in the drugs he bought.
“That’s not surprising one bit,” said The Blade nonchalantly. “Do you really think I’m going to give some punk ass kid good stuff? No chance. All I see when that little motherfucker comes walking up here is big ass dollar signs.”
“I sold him an eight ball that was fifty percent Novocaine, forty percent baking soda and ten percent coke. I’d be more surprised if he got any rush off that shit at all,” he added with a chuckle.
Reports indicate that Mr. Cathy and his friends “think [they] had a good” while taking the coke but they “didn’t really feel much” after taking the drug although their “faces went numb so it must have been good stuff”.
