David Attenborough To Make Ten Part Documentary At The Zoo Project Ibiza

English TV presenting veteran David Attenborough has announced that he is making a ten part documentary series at The Zoo Project, Ibiza.

Attenborough, who recently turned ninety, is believed to be nearing retirement and sources close to the naturalist believe The Zoo Project documentary could be the final swan song of an illustrious career in broadcasting.

However, other sources from within the Attenborough camp claim the reasons behind the decision to film on location in Ibiza have nothing to do with making memorable television and mostly revolve around the ninety year old’s desire to “go and party”.

“David is desperate to do a summer, or at least two or three months, out in Ibiza,” confirmed show producer Mike Boomer. “It’s actually something he’s wanted to do since he was a boy but, unfortunately, he got a little bit sidetracked at some point in the 1940s and ended up making TV shows for the next seventy years.”

“David loves a good old knees up just as much as the next ninety year old gentleman,” continued Boomer. “Along with making great looking and informative television, getting fucked up is his main passion in life, so a trip to Ibiza not only feels natural but it also feels necessary, I guess he’s ticking one more thing off his bucket list before the kicks the proverbial water vessel.”

According to Attenborough, filming at The Zoo Project will be a great opportunity to observe young people in their natural environment.

“I’m really excited about this latest project,” confirmed Attenborough earlier today. “I got the idea a couple of months ago when I was trying to source a bit of ket in Cornwalll, it was really hard to find and I remember thinking ‘if only this was Ibiza, there’d be ket everywhere’, and just like that the idea was born.”

“The thought of being able to do as much ket as I like wherever and whenever I want to is really exhilarating,” continued arguably the most recognisable TV presenter of all time. “I developed a real taste for the stuff after spending two months filming with wild horses in Patagonia back in the 80s, well before it was cool, and every show I’ve ever made since has been directly influenced by it in one way or another but now, in Ibiza, we’ll be able to see ket, and some young people, in their natural environment. Exciting times.”

Filming for the show, set to be to named Life in the Zoo, is now underway and will take place every Saturday at The Zoo Project.
