A guy on Facebook who thinks he’s a DJ also thinks he’s a photographer now as well, it has emerged.
25-year-old Adam Langley from Birmingham has reportedly been thinking that he’s a DJ ever since he saw Disclosure at T In The Park last summer and is keen to display his new status via Facebook.
“I’m a DJ,” confirmed Adam. “I have Traktor on my phone and have been to Fabric twice. I’ve been listening to the deep house sound ever since I saw Disclosure invent it last summer.”
Adam claims that as well as being a DJ, he’s also a photographer now too having taken “a bunch of photos at festivals last year some of which featured sun flare or were closeups of bubbles or my reflection in my mate’s aviator shades”.
“I put them on my Instagram and everyone who saw them smiley faced,” he added.
“I’ve even got an expensive SLR that I blow the dust off about once a month when there’s a vaguely social occasion where I can take unnecessary photos and wear my camera around my neck so people can know that I’m a proper photographer,” he explained. “I’ll usually then add a watermark with my name on in the corner, make everything sepia and then share the photos to my 54 fans on my photographer page.”
Adam says that he is torn between his twin passions of DJing and photography but reckons that he’ll do them both until he becomes famous with one or the other, which he anticipates will happen “within about five months, I’ve already paid a support slot at my cousin’s 21st and had one of my photos used on an event flier for a college disco”.
