Lad With “Hungry For The Power” Tattoo Finally Visiting Tattoo Fixers

A lad with a tattoo saying “Hungry For The Power” on his arm has finally decided to visit a tattoo artist with a view to getting it covered, much to the delight of his girlfriend, friends, family members and Jamie Jones.
Twenty nine year old Scott Fredrickson, from London, England, is said to have “inked” the lyrics from the Azari & III track onto his arm, after Jamie Jones released the “belting” remix of the tune that took dance floors by storm in 2011, with modern ravers suggesting it put deep-house “on the map”.
“Back in 2011, DC10 went off when Jamie dropped this banger,” Scott told us. “It changed my life and from that moment on I knew I wanted it on my body, permanently. After hearing it I was literally hungry for the power for a number of years. I got promoted sixteen times at work, bought a four litre turbo engine car, and constantly ate power bars during the day. I’m gutted to be getting rid of this beautiful artwork but my bird threatened to dump me and Jamie Jones sent me a moody legal letter basically telling me I have ruined the credibility of the record. I have no choice.”
Wunderground spoke with Jamie Jones regarding the tattoo and what his views on the situation are, “I’m one of music’s nice guys but that kid ruined a perfectly good record didn’t he?” said Jones. “I’m all for being unique but when it comes at a serious financial cost to my record label and kills the credibility of my work, I get a bit fucked off.”
“I saw a bloke with a Paradise tattoo in Ibiza this year,” continued Jones. “I paid him seven thousand pounds and offered him free list for life to get it covered up before anybody saw it. I’m not ready for my label to become a laughing stock just because of one silly bloke with a shit tattoo. People are fickle and will attend my event claiming it’s the best night on the island, until it turns into a cringefest and, before you know it, I’m playing to an empty room. That all starts with one idiot getting one tattoo.”
