Sixteen Years Later: Kevin And Perry To Return To Ibiza For Residency In Es Paradis

Sixteen years after going large, everyone’s favourite pubescent DJ duo, Kevin and Perry, will be returning to Ibiza for a summer long residency in San Antonio’s Es Paradis.
The duo will be joining other celebrity powerhouses like Dane Bowers, who recently announced a residency in the nearby club Plastik, in San Antonio for what promises to be an extremely eventful summer.
“It’s great to finally be coming back to Ibiza, it kind of feels like our spiritual home because it was the place where we got our first big break,” explained Kevin, best known his appearance in the BBC documentary Harry Enfield and Chums. “It’s great to be working with Perry again too, we didn’t really see much of each other after he had an affair with my mum but we’ve both matured a lot and we’re getting on really well again.”
Since enjoying a short period of success in the late 90’s, the two friends had moved away from the music industry until Es Paradis made them an offer they couldn’t refuse.
“I gave up on being a DJ after the Creamfields incident in 1999,” claimed Perry, speaking of the time a female fan exposed her breasts to the DJs during their set at the festival, leaving Perry extremely embarrassed with an unhideable boner. “I just found that I was constantly being humiliated every time I performed, my life felt like I was living in some sort of cheap, crass, slapstick comedy sketch show and I couldn’t take it anymore so I had to walk away.”
“It was about the same time that Mrs Patterson finally realised that she loved me and things weren’t great between me and Kevin so it felt like a natural time for the duo to come to an end,” continued Perry. “Since then I’ve had loads of different jobs but I never found anything I liked quite as much as DJing so, as you can imagine, I’m really excited about this summer in Ibiza.”
According to island sources, Kevin and Perry will be joined at Es Paradis by a host of special guests, including Eye Ball Paul and former Fab FM DJs Smashie and Nicey.
Is that actually true? If so, what sources?
