The Tidy Boys Open Cleaning Company – “No House Too Big, No House Too Hard”

Hard house aficionados The Tidy Boys have announced plans that they are to open a domestic cleaning company called No House Too Big, No House Too Hard.

Amadeus Mozart and Andy Pickles, also known as The Tidy Boys, were the undisputed kings of Britain’s hard house scene in the late 90s and early 00s. Their hugely popular label Tidy Trax and high energy live performances meant the were a constant presence on the clubbing circuit, however, in recent years hard house has become less popular and the pair were left with no option but to explore other avenues of employment.

“It’s been hard these last few years,” admitted Mr. Pickles in an interview with Wunderground earlier. “Hard House just doesn’t pay the bills like it used to and even though it sounds pretty much the same as that big room EDM nonsense it just doesn’t have the same commercial value.”

“We don’t really know much about cleaning houses to be honest with you,” continued Amadeus Mozart. “My house looks like a bomb went off in Tidy Trax warehouse, there’s sleeve covers, slip mats and old hard house records all over the place. We’re just hoping that the novelty of having the Tidy Boys actually tidying your house will be enough to get us some business.”

“We’re predicting that a lot of our fans from the good old days are now responsible home owners who are looking for a bit of help keeping things tidy,” explained Pickles. “We’ll be offering an exclusive mini mix with every job and we’re hoping to get Lisa Lashes on come on board and offer a laundry service.”
