Man With Over 2k Friends On Facebook Annoyed At “Randomers” Commenting On His Posts

A man who has two thousand one hundred and twenty three friends on Facebook has today expressed his outrage at the number of random people commenting on his posts.

Alan Jenkins (33), from Cardiff, has been constantly adding friends on the social network since he created his account in 2008 and despite not using the site as anything other than a platform for socialising he has managed to amass such a high number of friends.

Mr Jenkins spoke about recent events, “I’m a really popular guy when it comes to Facebook. I know promoters, DJs and even club nights who have less friends than me so naturally my posts get a lot of attention.”

“Lately I’ve noticed a lot of random people interacting with my posts, in particular there’s this one girl who has been liking practically everything I put up,” claimed Jenkins. “If I put up a picture of my dinner she’ll like it and comment something like ‘Looks delish!’ or if I put up something about a really cool TV program I’ve been watching she’ll say ‘Love that show.’ That’s a bit weird isn’t it?” he asked.

“I mean I haven’t got a clue who this girl is,” explained the online philanthropist. “Obviously I’ve met her somewhere at some stage and added her as a friend on Facebook but that doesn’t mean I want to share intimate moments, like what I’m watching or what I had for dinner, with her. She really needs to know her limits when it comes to Facebook.”

“To make matters worse she’s not even hot. I’ve never once looked through the pictures on her profile to try and find holiday snaps,” continued Mr’ Jenkins. “I really don’t know what I ever seen in this girl. I’m definitely going to consider unfriending her if she doesn’t get her act together in the next few months.”

Since this article was written Mr. Jenkins has “done a complete clear out of [his] friends,” reducing the number to one thousand nine hundred and seventy six, although in that time he has also added eighty five new friends.
