A touring DJ has been making an extra special effort to promote all of his upcoming gigs locally, using the popular dating app Tinder.
Twenty six year old DJ Robert Trotter, a.k.a. Trot Since 90, recently upgraded to Tinder Plus and is finding the added features to be “a real plus” for promoting upcoming gigs.
“It’s the best thing I’ve ever come across for promoting gigs in towns where I don’t live,” explained Mr Trotter earlier. “Before I moved over to Tinder Plus I was only able to use it to promote my gigs after I had already arrived in each individual town and that just doesn’t give you time to arrange a shag, I mean promote your gig, properly.”
“But that’s all changed now,” continued the DJ enthusiastically. “All I have to do is change where I’m swiping to the town I’ll be visiting and I can start promoting weeks, or even months, in advance. It’s working really well too, I’m playing in Cardiff next weekend and practically every available female in the city knows I’m coming. I should be proper promoting with at least two or three of them, if you know what I mean,” he added with a cheeky wink.
There’s nothing worse than going to play in a club and arriving only to find it’s empty, or even worse, full of blokes,” continued Trotter, who claims that he’s not in DJing for the money, he’s in it for the pussy. “But now, thanks to Tinder, I haven’t had that problem at all recently, it’s definitely the way forward for promoting gigs.”
According to sources close to Mr Trotter, the DJ has now given up on all other forms of promoting on social media platforms and spends up to eight hours a day using Tinder to promote his gigs, showcase his music and send pictures of his dick to any female willing to swipe right.
