Doctors all over the are reportedly prescribing a “big bag of cans with the lads” as a treatment for all major illnesses.
The new “wonder treatment” has seen an almost one hundred percent success rate and is set to revolutionise modern medicine and treatment methods.
Wunderground caught up with Doctor Rick Niviera earlier today, “Hi Everybody,” he said with a smile. “I’ve been prescribing a big bag of cans with the lads for almost everything for the last number of years and the success rate has been through the roof. Sure, some of the illnesses may have come back but I definitely have the happiest patients in the country.”
“I have patients who come see me two or even three times a week,” continued Dr Rick. “They’ll come with a cold and I say ‘bag of cans’, athlete’s foot ‘bag of cans’, acute angina ‘bag of cans’, sometimes they’re not even sick and I tell them to go and have a bag of cans just in case. If there’s anything that a bag of cans with the lads can’t cure, I haven’t discovered it yet.”
Paul Holmes, one of Dr Ricks loyal patients, claims that Dr Rick’s advice has kept him both physically and mentally healthy in recent years.
“I’ll go and see the doc about once every two or three weeks for a prescription and a bit of a chat,” he told us. “He’ll alway tell me to go and have a big bag of cans with the lads and then write me a note to take the rest of the week off work, every time I go to see him I honestly feel blessed, the man’s a miracle worker, I’ve pretty much had a chest infection for the last two years but it’s so much easier to deal with with a bag of cans inside me.”
According to Dr Nick, if you don’t like cans you can try a couple of bottles of wine or even a bottle of spirits to heal all of your ailments.
