A health conscious raver is hoping that taking green pills counts as one of his five a day after a weekend spent drinking and taking drugs.
Twenty eight year old Jacob Steinberg is reportedly worried that his health could be in danger after failing to make it to the gym for the fifth consecutive day.
Wunderground spoke to him earlier, “I’ve been so bad this last few days. Normally I counteract my party lifestyle through regular visits to the gym, kale smoothies and dietary supplements but things have kinda gotten away from me lately. I haven’t been to the gym in almost a week, the only food I’ve eaten since Friday is takeaway and instead of supplement tablets I’ve been taking E’s.”
“I usually help my body to recover fromafter a rave or party by getting five different portions of fruit and veg, sticking it all in the Nutribullet with two or three Valium and downing it before I jump into bed for about twenty hours,” explained Jacob. “But the party lasted so long last weekend that by the time I was ready for my recovery I had to go to work.”
“Literally, the only greens I ate this weekend were green pills,” he revealed. “I’m hoping they count as part of my five a day, it they do, I’m probably pretty safe because I swallowed at least three times more than five a day but if they didn’t I’m screwed.”
“I just need to stop thinking about it and get back into the gym,” he said hopefully. “My gains are way down this week, these guns are more like Derringers than Glocks at the moment, if I don’t get back in and do a few reps soon I’ll be left with nothing but water pistols.”
According to doctors, green pills do not count as one of your five a day and should not be eaten daily as part of a balanced, healthy diet.
