In a surprise move, Justin Bieber, has called EDM superstar Deadmau5 out for a fight.
The news comes just days after Joel Zimmerman (Deadmau5) took to Twitter after the pair had met in Toronto’s Cabana Pool Bar. The Canadian DJ made a number of Tweets aimed at Bieber’s fans, resulting in a backlash which the DJ says have ruined his chances of getting onto English TV show Top Gear. Deadmau5 also went on to call Bieber a ‘little prick’ and a ‘little fuck.’
The singer was clearly upset by Deadmau5’s comments, ‘I’m sick of people like him thinking they can have a go at me for no reason. I’d like to slap that guy in the face and I’m willing to get into a ring with him to do it.’
‘He thinks he’s so tough when he’s on Twitter but I guess now we’ll see how tough he really is. Come on Deadmau5 lets see what you’ve got, I’ll be waiting for you,’ exclaimed Bieber.
Although Deadmau5 has yet to respond to Bieber’s challenge it is believed that he will accept it and a fight could take place before the end of the year. A source close to the DJ explained, ‘Joel certainly isn’t a shrinking violet but he is a bit of a wimp. I’m sure he’ll fight Bieber but I really can’t see him winning. I would hate to think of the damage this could do to his bad boy image, he just doesn’t know when to shut his mouth.’
It is also rumoured that the winner of the Bieber – Deadmau5 fight will win a chance to take on Michael Bublé in an attempt to decide who is Canada’s most successful man.
