Mickey And Minnie Disappointed Dead Chose Career In Music Over Law

It has been confirmed that Mickey and Minnie Mouse are “disappointed” that their son, Dead, chose a career in music despite being earmarked by college tutors as “the next big thing in law”.

The parents of the thirty five year old DJ and producer didn’t hold back in a recent interview, describing him as the “cutest little rodent” they could have wished for, before it all turned sour when he began to “use his heritage for bad things”.

“We just wanted him to have a normal upbringing, something neither Minnie or myself were lucky enough to have,” said a downbeat Mickey in an extremely high pitched voice. “He excelled at University, with many claiming he could have gone on to be a magnificent lawyer, doing good things for the world; like fighting major corporations who test make-up and drugs on his cousins. Instead, he turned his back on his own kind.”

“We failed to see the warning signs,” stressed Minnie. “He started graffing his name on walls and railway lines; adapting it in a way that we didn’t know it was him. He spelt Mouse incorrectly to avoid being caught by the authorities – replacing the S and the E with a number 5. How were we supposed to know Deadmau5 was our sons tag? To us, and pretty much anybody I’ve met, that reads as ‘Dead Mau Five’, not Dead Mouse. By the time we realised, it was too late.”

Wunderground asked Mickey if he felt any sense of pride that his son was rich and successful, “Money doesn’t mean everything,” argued Mickey. “As a family, we have millions in the bank, I am not only the most famous Walt Disney character to ever walk the planet, I often make guest appearances for large fee’s at Disneyland. It’s about quality of life. Why does he need to prance around on stage with a massive mouse head over his actual mouse head? It makes no sense to us.”

“For so long we have assumed he is acting out, as that is what the children of rich and famous parents do. Look at Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. He is just like them.” concluded Mickey.
