Most Common Deathbed Regret Is Not Having Gone To DC10

regret not having gone to ibiza

Never going to famed Ibizan club DC10 has today been confirmed as the most common regret expressed by people in their final moments of life.

The club, famous for its Bacchanalian atmosphere, open roofed terrace and seminal parties, is one that anyone who is remotely interested in dance music is urged to attend.

“My Dad was in his final moments of a battle with terminal cancer, the nurse called me into the room and said he wanted to say goodbye, that he was ready,” wept Martin Curtis, a stock broker from Norwich. “I went into the room and the first thing I noticed was that my Dad had put on a Circoloco mix from a few years ago and was sobbing loudly.”

“I leaned down towards him and asked in his ear ‘what is it Dad?’ Is it Mum?’ cause my Mum had died two years before,” he continued. “I suspected he might have been upset with her death or something to do with the grandkids but he looked up at me with tears in his eyes, shook his head and said ‘No, it’s that I just wish I had taken the time to go to DC10.’”

This scenario is reported in approximately 70% of deathbed confessions pipping to the top spot such other regrets as ‘disowning a gay son, cheating on a spouse, never having traveled and being afraid to try sushi’.

“What we’d recommend, so you’re not regretting it for the rest of your life and lying on your deathbed wondering what might have been, is that everyone go to DC10 before it’s too late,” confirmed urologist Dr. Yurel Mahone. “People who have gone to DC10 usually just pass more peacefully regret free, with a smile on their face clutching an autographed picture of Jamie Jones.”
