New Skrillex Album “Not As Good As Mercy Killing”

US dubstep poster boy Skrillex finally released his debut album, Recess, to an expectant public but according to experts the 11 track LP is “not as good as mercy killing”.

Experts are suggesting that while the album itself is “poor to mediocre” mercy killing is generally considered a good thing for animals or people who are in pain with no quality of life.

“If you had to place the two side by side and think which one is better for humanity as a whole then you’d have to go with mercy killing by quite a large margin,” claimed reviewer Alex Petridis of the Guardian newspaper. “Mercy killing throughout the ages has helped end the suffering of countless people and animals, from elderly dogs named Yeller to old people on flights to Swiss euthanasia clinics.”

“If you were to ask any of them which they’d prefer, this album or an end to your suffering? Without hesitation they’d say mercy killing, and I agree,” added Alex.

Other music scene experts have been more forthcoming in their criticism of the album claiming that not only is it not as good as mercy killing, but that some listeners have actually asked to be humanely put to death upon hearing it.

“If you saw someone in pain, bleeding their last hope and struggling for breath, the humane and dignified thing to do would be to end their suffering using a quick gunshot to the head or with a shovel,” claimed music critic David Clifton. “What you wouldn’t do is increase their pain by forcing them to listen to Skrillex’s debut. To have to endure the harsh drones of Skrillex’s brand of dubstep while bleeding your lifeblood and evacuating your bowels surely is as good an argument for mercy killing as any you can make.”
