R Kelly Set To Release Debut EDM Album In A Bid To “Get More Girls”

American R & B laughing stock, R Kelly, has announced that he is to release an EDM album later this year.

The soulful singer has always tried to stay ahead of the game by continuing to reinvent himself and show off his acting talent, or lack there of, in projects like the hilariously cringe worthy Trapped In The Closet and more recently in his self produced music video for the ‘song’ Real Talk.

Wunderground caught up with the Chicago native to find out the reasoning behind his decision, “To be honest I’ve been a little disillusioned with the whole R & B scene for quite some time now.”

“I started to notice that the girls at R & B gigs were getting older and older, there’s hardly any girls under the age of twenty five any more, let alone teenagers, listening to R & B, so I  knew it was time for me to broaden my horizons,” he explained. “I was considering moving into television, maybe presenting something on the Disney Channel, but my manager explained to me that I wouldn’t be able to drink Hennessy and smoke cigars on set so that idea went out the window,” he continued.

“So the next best thing was EDM, there’s plenty of impressionable young women at those shows for me to prey on and it seems like it’d be pretty easy to do,” claimed Kelly, pictured above explaining an encounter with the Olsen twins. “I’ll probably throw an album together over the summer,” he nonchalantly added.

“As an artist I thrive on confidence, if I’m not confident you can really hear it in my music,” said the star. “I get my confidence from sleeping with young women and that hasn’t been happening for me lately, that’s why everything I’ve released in the last few years has sounded like a dying cat getting shat on by a horse,” he admitted.

“When I released I Believe I Can Fly, I was having so much sex with young girls and my confidence was so high, that I actually did believe I could fly and that had nothing to do with the LSD habit I picked up in the nineties,” he recounted. “I really hope that a move to EDM combined with lots of sex with young girls will help me recreate those wonder years,” he hopefully concluded.

Kelly’s debut EDM album, Age Aint No Thang, which features tracks with Myley Cyrus and Selena Gomez, is due for release in February.
