It is with great honour that we present our very first Wunderground-branded festival, which will stream live worldwide tomorrow night at 7pm GMT.
Like most festivals, budgets are tight. So for our first event, we’ve decided it will be 80% cardboard and come in desktop format. Still, a festival is a festival, and so it is with great pleasure we can unveil “Wunderground is Tiny”, the world’s first and only music festival small enough to fit in your hand. Festivals have got too big anyway.
Wunderground is Tiny is a brand new, state of the art, electronic music festival, which is set to push the boundaries and change the landscape of the music festival experience for anyone lucky enough to bare witness to it’s all encompassing awesomeness.
Wunderground is Tiny is a one day musical extravaganza featuring some of the world’s biggest little DJs. On the night we’ll have performances from Lithuania’s favourite gay basher, Ten Walls, nobody’s favourite Amnesia resident, Paris Hilton, the human cake catapult, Steve Aoki, and a once in a lifetime Back2Back2Back set from Doorly, Switch and Maxxi Soundsystem, who will be giving us a sneak preview of their other once in a lifetime set which takes place at Doorly and Friends in the Ministry of Sound, London, this Saturday.
We’ve also got a brand new, state of the art visual experience that will have your eyes salivating for more from the moment you see it. (Please note; salivating eyes are not the same as crying eyes and anyone seen crying at Wunderground is Tiny will be crying tears of joy)
Housed on a tabletop in the idyllic setting of Wunderground HQ, in a mystery location on Dublin’s Northside, the festival and it’s surrounding areas are a sight to behold. Bordering other table tops, which are home to unique geological features like Andy’s laptop, used tea cups and wasted Bic biros. This extraordinary site is the perfect setting to showcase some of the world’s finest electronic music talent and is sure to create an atmosphere that will be a treat to all of your senses.
Tickets for Wunderground is Tiny are so exclusive that they literally do not exist, but worry not loyal readers, you’ll be able to catch the entire festival, streamed in its entirety live, at 7pm GMT tomorrow, 20 May, on our Facebook page.
