Radiohead, Kendrick Lamar and Beyonce have all been announced for this year’s Coachella festival, one which critics have been calling ‘possibly the biggest Coachella line up in close to 12 months’.
Coachella, who are no strangers to announcing their biggest line up’s ever if you read music blogs every January, takes place two weekends out of every year at The Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, however the majority of the festival attendees prefer to spend their time on Instagram and Snapchat rather than at the event itself.
The once green and lush 78-acre field is quickly transformed by the footprints of about 100,000 middle-class ‘molly-filled’ students dressed in full Indian headdress each weekend, all of whom will record a minimum of 45 gigabytes of unwatchable video over the course of the 3 days.
Taylor, a self-confessed ‘all about the music but only if there is wifi and cock’ type of lady from LA said to Wunderground earlier today “I am sooooo excited for Coachella this year. Last year I queued outside my local garden centre from 4am in the morning to buy my clothes for the weekend, despite over a thousand girls in the queue in front of me.”
“I bought 3 crates of daisy petals, a sack of daffodils and a rare Polynesian rose bush and weaved them into the prettiest princess tiara and bikini set you have ever seen, before hoofing about 6 bags of coke into me and getting slammed by this cross-eyed lad up against a load of bins.”
“It was the best line up ever that year!”
