Tech House Producer Gets Starbucks Employee Of The Week Award

Bolton Tech House producer M0T€v8, real name Darren Bleach, has picked up the ‘Employee of the Week’ award from Starbucks in Bolton city centre.
Darren, 34, who spoke to us from his ‘studio’ where he was creating more of his signature tech-house, has been working hard at promoting his productions and clearly all the effort is starting to pay off. “Obviously, the Starbucks job is just a stand-in, until things take off for me production wise.” said the rising star, who owns a crack copy of Ableton and a ‘Lenovo’ laptop, “but it’s great to get recognition from my peers as well yeah? Respect is a big part of being a producer, they’re always talking about it, so I feel that this award from Starbucks is kind of preparing me for the fame and fortune that will inevitably result from my generic tech house productions.”
Darren has been working in Starbucks for 8 months since being made redundant from his previous role in a call-centre. The canny entrepreneur and music industry player plans to capitalise on his new notoriety within his Starbucks branch by continually talking to his work colleagues as though he were actually a successful music producer, rather than a full-time assistant shift supervisor.
Darren later announced on social media that he was feeling both “blessed and humbled” at the day’s events. He also told his social media audience that he was looking forward to getting “back to the lab” following the late shift at Starbucks, to “cook up some dope beats for y’all yo.” It is understood that Darren’s manager at Starbucks, a man several years younger and several inches shorter than Darren, then told him to “put the bloody phone away and clean that frappuccino machine, numb nuts.”
Darren’s girlfriend Karen later ‘liked’ his status.
